Anyone keen for a before & after contest?

Alright bro first off much props. Secondly what's up with some stats, details on that diet and what the hell was your cardio routine like?

I remember reading somewhere that some people respond very poorly to low carb dieting and lose alot of muscle and strength.

I seem to fall in that camp and need a good amount of carbs, but can drop fat pretty low. Maybe he does too.

i sure am, that's my goal right there. that lean anyways. i started writing down everything i eat, calories, carbs, sugars, fats, protien. i started this yesterday first time ever. i see how one can think they are eating good but not be because you gotta add up the numbers. i am watching these numbers now and adjusting accordingly. i will get down to that. DAMNIT, i am far from that now though. probably 16-20 somewhere.
That's one of the best things you can do for yourself right there.
I know down to the cal exactly what I'm eating everyday.
Makes it easy to adjust because you already know where you're at.

That seems too impressive for one yr.
Maybe I'm just jelous.

yea I noticed after i posted it. oops.

Firstly, i started off writing down everything i was ingesting, but after a while i didnt need to anymore, i already know what im going to be eating tomorrow and the next day. The longer you eat "clean" the easier it gets, i cant even remember when last i had a little cheat, i just dont crave it anymore.

Yes 350g is allot sometimes it goes up to 450g - I must add that i do a hell of a lot of carido.

I try and make every meal 50g protein 50g carbs; except for my middle of the night shake, this "meal" is only 50g protein.

I feel my life changed when i bought a digital food scale, this enabled me to count and not guess ech meal's caloric equiv.

I normally train at 7am; here is my diet; please comment; i dont look like Jay Cutler so please give me some help too

6am - 100g oats + 60g whey protein + 5g Flax 5g MCTs
POST WORKOUT (08h30-09h00) - 100g oats + 60g Whey Protein
10h00 (one hour later) - 200g Chicken/tuna + 150g wholewhaet pasta (cooked)
12h30- 200g Chicken/tuna + 150g wholewhaet pasta (cooked)
13h00-200g Chicken/tuna + 150g wholewhaet pasta (cooked)
17h30-200g Chicken/tuna + 150g wholewhaet pasta (cooked)
18h00-20h00 - My sport training - this is my cardio
20h20- 250g Chicken / Ostrich fillet + 150g brown rice + Mixed Veggies
01h00- 60g Protein Bend (Whey, albumin, cassein) + 8g Flax

{Obviously there is non-caloric supplementation and vitamin intake i didnt include - i have to work as well:)}

Stats: i weigh 230 Pounds and im 6'1

I bench and squat (bum touch ankles squats - non sissy shit you see everyday at your gym) 400 Pounds and dead 500, i have been building the base for about 7 years, now im ready to take my physique to the next level.

Diet looks good to me.
Not exactly sure of the gram to oz. conversion though.
