im trying this new routine for the next couple of weeks to see how it works. it goes like this: 4 times per week, 2 on, 1 off, 2 on, 2 off. here is a sample of what it looks like:
monday: chest/tris
tuesday: back/bis
wednesday: off
thursday: legs/shoulders
friday: chest/tris
sat: off
sun: off
monday: back/bis
tuesday: legs/shoulders
wed: off
thursday: chest/tris
friday: back/bis
sat: off
sun: off
and so on.. i think you get the point. so what do you guys think?? think its over training?? so far i like it, been about 2 weeks now. let me know if anyone else has tried and if you've liked the results. thanks bros!!
