Anyone else gone Paleo?

Christ, I'll go over to the body issue forum and read up so I can be on the level with you faggots.

Sheesh

lolololol

Real talk though IF is the bees knees. I made the switch about 6 months ago and have never seen better results.

I switched to a paleo diet after the New Year. So far I like it and haven't really had any carb cravings and surprisingly feel really good during my workouts - I thought i would be pretty lethargic.

Been eating a lot of eggs and uncured bacon for breakfast, tuna and avocado for lunch, dinner usually steak, bison, or chicken with some veggies and snacking on almonds and pistachios throughout the day. No dairy, no grains, no pasta, no potatos.

Assuming most of you know what the paleo diet is, if you don't you can read more here:
Frequently Asked Questions About The Paleo Diet | Dr. Loren Cordain

Why switch?

Last year I read the Paleo Diet for Athletes and found it interesting. I read more about the diet and the studies that have been done and it makes sense to me. I don't think I'll go back knowing now what I know about grain and grain products.

If you've gone Paleo, why did you switch?

I have that book too. I've been on I guess what you could call some modified sort of Paleo for more than a few years now. very little grains (this means no wheat and GF substitutes like sorghum/tapiocia/rice flours) and no dairy. I do eat Bob's Red Mill GF rolled oats and sweet potatoes, but apart from those, no significant sources of carbs.

Recovering bowel regularity took a minute. You know the hardcore Paleos like to say you don't need fiber. Not sure I agree with that. this diet is also expensive as fuck too.

I'm down to 225lbs now. I'm not strict Paleo but not doing most grains. I'll have most of my carbs PWO with my peptides and injectable L-Carnitine but it's in the form of waxy maize.

Nice to see you RW I always did like you.

Still have a ways to go to be at the leanness I would like.

Quads started coming back so I'm happy.
