Anyone else gone Paleo?

IF is seriously the shit, homie.

I just started really going gluten free about 3 months ago (after about a year of eating what the fuck ever). Noticed a significant different in bloat, leanness, etc. My issue with paleo was that Im far too lazy to cook veggies the way I like them. I cant eat raw veggies for the life of me, and thus wasnt getting enough carbs. I love getting 350g+ of carbs from rice, fruit, etc.

Yeah I wanted to drop fat quickly and did, now I'm doing more carbs PWO but yeah it's tough like you say. Gluten free is def the way to go, really just eliminating dairy and grains makes a huge difference. Good stuff man.
 
I eat white rice everyday. Specifically bacon fried rice. It's my favorite thing ever.
I'm gonna cut the rice and oats at first to see if I feel better. I love sweet potatoes and they'll be my main source of complex cho along with fruit and veggies.

I did IF for a while as well. I got lean as fuck and love the convenience of not eating. It just doesn't work for me as an endurance athlete. Ill do early morning training rides (<50 miles) fasted, but no way would I race fasted or be able to hang on fast group rides on an empty stomach.
 
Visit the Datbtrue forum and read about cellular swell. Hydration+Aminos in the right ratio is the shit during my fasted cardio and lifting sessions.
 
I'm gonna give inject l carn a try using some of the protocols from dat's. I don't really want to run any peps or aas right now. I'm looking forward to see what the l carn is all about.
I do continue to fast on occasion, but nothing structured like a few years back. IF and peps completely transformed my look. If peps weren't so $$$ I'd stay on them all the time.

Just picked up 3x 30ml's of L-Carnitine and DBTSwell if you are going through the same guy from the forum. Haven't started the L-Carn yet but heard its magic.
 
And I don't think the price of peps is bad, once you know what you're doing I'd rather do peps over exogenous HGH.
 
Every time i consider peps somebody reminds new that Chinese gh is about the same price...then i go think about nan getting angry anal from her hubby and rub one out.
