a bit hard to describe but this is how it works.
basically, you take a piece of string, tie it around a metal bar (I use an empty adjustable dumbbell) and tie the other end around a weight (leaving quite a bit of space). You then stick your arms straight out and -holding the empty bar- roll the string up so that the weight comes and touches the bar. If you do it right it's really DAMN hard and gives you a great burn and pump in your forearms. I do it both pronated and supinated and I love it.
