anyone eccidentily increase size while training for strength?

i trainer, didnt know what i was doing really but i went from 95 lbs, and now im at 135(yes , i know, im a monster lol). Everything got bigger.. my arms, legs shoulders, chest, waist, height... i think that was just me hitting puberty though lol
 
deciever, sorry to tell ya bro but it is puberty in fact my lil brother went from 145-200lbs in one year when he was 14 years of age. That's fuckin 55lb increase and all he did was sit and eat and just got like 4 inches taller(he passed me already and is stil growing) well either way ur just gonna get bigger and heavier.
 
pl jay and i discussed this in the gym today and now he understands what i am saying------

being big does not mean or make you strong----but lifting heavier will increase your size
the difference in muscle size for a body builder is some of the exercises they do to get big but even though they train differently to get bigger they train heavier
for power lifting strength is most important as we do get bigger it is a thicker look and not the muscle density look because of the exercises we do
but if a power lifter went into body building they will usually look impressive because of already thick due to power training
hence heavier weight will make you bigger
