Anyone do just one thing per day, with no off days?

Ive been doing this for the past few months with great success. Ive thought about changing my routine now, but I'm not so sure. Anyone else comment?
 
You should always have atleast one day of complete rest a week. I would recommend atleast 2. If you don't rest your body will fail on you. If you are able to lift days a week and overtrain either you have great genetics or you aren't training hard enough. Try group some body parts together and hitting them real hard. You may notice much better results.

I tend to do alot of volume, so if I group them together, then it may take me to long in the gym. So, i guess I'll have to cut the volume down.
