I did them yesterday for the first time (where you start w/dumbells over your head and then lower your arms to shoulder level) I did 3 sets of 12 w/10# DB's....It felt akward to me and now I know why - I woke up w/the worst fucking pain in my neck/back, could harldy move my head
Did I do them wrong or what????
