Any recommendations for a college diet?

I'm a college kid looking to lose fat but increase and build muscle mass.

I already have a training regimen, but I just need a diet to go along with my workout. You can find my workout by clicking

I need recommendations on what is healthy to eat at my dining hall, any help would be appreciated.

oh sorry, forgot to mention i'm using the S.A.I.S workout plan with a few exercises thrown in there (like deadlifts, hammer curls, etc.).
 
depending on whats in your dining halls, definitely salads with cottage cheese. no processed shitty foods. only eat meat if it is baked or rotisserie. no fried shit. omlets in the AM.
 
Add skimmed milk to your diet for the extra protein without the fat, you could try going for milk powder as well to bump up on the proteins if you cant afford powders.
