Anxiety Attack...during inject...

hey all, just wondering if this has happend before to anyone....

Was injecting 250mg/test E....

right arm, (delt area)

Didnt aspirate - newbie kicking in....

When i started injecting i got HOT as hell, wich caused my brain to go WTF i didnt aspirate i might have just shot this into a vein...wich caused me to panic....leading to me getting dizzy and hot....

I calmly cleaned up during all this...and just layed there because i kinda knew it was an anxiety attack....

I was wondering if this is normal....first time user...2nd inject....first inject was in quad (painless) and so was this one, no pain at all....

Just wondering if this is deadly for future references...

Also i will aspirate all times now lol....i just dind trememmber since i was in an awkward position already with my arms lol

some people get very anxious when stabbing needles into themselves.. its to be expected.

My first inj took me 30 min… 29 min to build up the nerve to do it and 1 min to get it done.
It sounds like you did all right though just stay calm.

I found glutes easy to pin at first… It will get you used to injecting and you barely feel anything. If you inject in the correct spot you are not likely going to hit a vein.
After awhile you can branch out.. I pin, glutes, quads, bi’s, delts and occasionally my pecs.. I actually look forward to the injections!!

Don't be too worried Mike. I used an index card for my fort two cycles that had a "order"

1. clean bottle tops
2. draw gear
3. switch needles
4. clean injection site
5. aspirate

It helped me to never forget to clean anything or aspirate.

Yea, thats what fucked me up....i didnt aspirate and i KNEW i didnt halway through it lol and i kept thinking "what if" what if lol

I ordered 23ga pins 1.5 inch.......its a pain in the ass to get the oil out, shoulda went with a needle OH WELL NEXT TIME!

Good advice, and anxiety can be treated, it really is pretty managable, a real pain but once you control the panic attacks if you ever have another, it is a snap.

delts are a shitty place to hit anyway. you can pretty much guarantee discomfort because of the twisted position you're in. also, you know that needle is moving all over the place if your nervous. that's where much of the blood comes from. 23g 1 inch pins are pretty universal, can hit most anywhere and the shots can be done somewhat quickly.

I've never had a panic attack while injecting before, and I really never started aspirating until this year, so I guess I got lucky with not hitting a vein, you might want to try hitting your glutes, alot less chance of hitting a vein there

Most guys are riled up a little before doing the shot - I mean who wouldn't before injecting yourself w/ a needle.

I hit my delts because i didnt want to hit quads because im going to Kill that Shit tom with the team, so i wanted legs 100%.

lots of fellas say that it goes away, but i have dead spots where i have to watch the needle go in, cuz i could never feel it. and a whole lot of that pop-pop-popping shit.....

I cringed when i read this i've got 1 of those spots on my right glute.....pop pop damn been juicin off and on since the mid 80's mostly off until last year thought it would go away it doesn't....about passin out when injecting make sure you breath...........anything to do with a needle if your normal will cause a little rush....

relax, that will NEVER happen. I've done thousands of shots and never aspirated on a single one.

Took me half an hour to shoot first time. Wasn't really scared of the pain or the thought of needles, injections never bothered me. It's just that i was freaking out with "what if" scenarios. What if I injected into a vessel? What if I aspirated and it was all clear and didn't notice that the needle changed depth during jittering and I injected into a vessel? If I did inject into a vessel, would I die?

My reaction to all the panic was same as yours. I ended up at the local mall eating luch at the food court just in case I fainted and had a heart attack. At least there would be people around.

Then I got used to it. Now, it's childsplay. You'll get used to it too.
