ANPB Diet Question. PLEASE help

Ok, i've got it figured out for a 165lb person (myself) to eat 14 tbsp of anpb a day. Well that gives me 1410 calories. Also i'm supposed to get 118g of protein (protein shakes). BUT, to get that much protein thats adding another 600+ calories on top of my PB calories of 1410. So here's my question. To lose weight don't you have to be in a calorie deficit mode? Because with the added calories from the shake, that puts me over my BASE metabolic rate. Am i doing something wrong?? Please help.

Well, 165 divided by 2.2 (weight in kg) multiplied by 24 (hours in a day) is your BMR. That's 1800, I believe. You may be overshooting that number slightly, but you have to account for activity every day (assuming you're not a gimp) and any type of lifting and cardio you'll do. If you feel it's too many calories, or see no change in composition, cut out a tablespoon or two of ANPB. Not hard.
