here was my totals on everything from the Last Training Day and from yesterday.
Viking Press - Last April i did 215 x 9. /This time i did 225 x 14. then did 250lbs for 5.
Conan's Wheel - Was 460lbs for a quater of a turn / this time i did 500lbs for 1 full circle and a quater. then did 600lbs for a quater.
Medley (DESPITE WHAT B FOLD MAY EVER SAY THIS IS THE WORST THING EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
[also my first time doing it] 550lb yoke for 25 feet. 550 tire for 3 flips. 350lb duckwalk for 25 feet. 400lb sled for 25 feet. (i almost passed out and puked on myself)
Hercules Hold - was 200lbs each hand for 30 seconds. / now its 250lbs each hand for 31 seconds.
Stones - previous i only loaded the 230lb stone, and could load the 245 stone / yesterday i loaded the 160/185/190/230/245/and had the 265 3/4ths of the way up but just couldnt finish it. my quads were fried(along with everything else)
so i set a pr on everything............it doesnt get much better than that.
