Thanks, guys, for posting the Diesel Crew stuff. I broke my wrist about 6 months ago and while that hasn't affected my shoulders per se, I've completely lost all flexibility since I wasn't able to lift much weight. Now that I'm closer to normal, I'm finding that I can't do simple things like squat and OH press very well because my shoulders and upper back are too tight. Maybe a couple months of this might help a bit.
Watch the video of me squatting. I have pains in my hands, elbows, and shoulders so I put my straps around the bar, as far out to the collars as possible, and grab the straps to squat with. Takes away a lot of the pain. Harder, much harder, but I can squat. I front squat when I'm having a flare up...
