Farmers/Yoke/Tire/Sled Medley (I was an idiot for thinking this up)

Deadlift Hold (clean grip)
495 x 10 seconds
Leg raises and pull down abs...4 sets total.
Pretty decent workout today, especially as I sit in front of a plate full of spaghetti, meatballs, biscuits, and a LARGE glass(es) full of milk!!! Finals start on Tuesday and run through Thursday. 5 finals, 3 days...grrrrrr.
