1. 23, Ima be straight up with you guys. I know you may suggest I am too young but I have thought about this for a few years and am willing to take the risks.
2. I am only 5'8, so my weight is only 165 at a 10% bf. (I like being semi lean and making lean gains year round)
3. I am coming up on 4 years next month, I know its cheesy that I know this but its a funny story. It all started cuz my father wanted me to do p90x with him lolz.
4. So as far as cycle experience. I did a simple halo / epi pro hormone cycle nearly 2 years ago. I also admit I had no idea about anything I took but I gained 12 lbs post cycle.
I have however never pinned or taken anything since.
5. My training which many of you will consider over-training, consist of lifting usually 6 days a week. I typically do a chest, back, legs, arms, shoulders split. I space my days off accordingly depending on my work schedule and how my body feels. My diet is very flexible. I am currently not counting macros, just typically watching my carb intake. I know this is retarded but I am able to maintain my 10%-ish bf this way.
6. Lastly my goals. This is my first real cycle. I want what anyone wants to start a cycle for. To put on lean mass and increase strength. Best case scenario is to end up under 12% bf with 10 more lbs of muscle if not more.
Lastly I would like to add, I am into looking aesthetically pleasing and possibly competeing in physique or classic physique sometime this next year. Also I am very set at doing a safe dosage, especially for it being the first time taking these into my body!
Anyways here is what I was thinking...
D-bol as a kickstarter, week 1-4 @ 50mg ed
Test E week 1-12 @ 250mg twice week
Winny 5-12 @ 40mg ED
Arimidex 1-12 @ .5 ed
Nolva and clomid 14-17 40mg ed
So please critique, adjust and just suggest. I am a novice and been doing research religiously but of course...I do not know many things about gear! So please also take it easy on me
