Well i can tell you how spanish ox is working for me @ 40mgs/day, starting 3rd week. I first gained up to 4 pounds first week, than stayd the same. My bf has dropped a lot though so holding the same weight means i've gained muscle. Aslo my diet is very low in carbs and calories (basically i eat just 300 g protein a day) with 1 cheat day once every 5-7days in wich i eat the hell out and carb up. Besides numbers, i can tell by the mirrowr it's a totally different story.

Im just finishing up my 7 week cycle of Spainsh 10mg var. 40mg ED and 50 mg ED winny for the first 5 weeks. Strength gains were good with increased definition and a drop in body fat. Put on some size but not a great deal. Test is next.

For the price you can't be the Generic Spanish Anavar 100caps 10mg for $100.00. From what I've heard nothing can touch BTG or SPA but a hell of lot more money.

$100 for 10mg caps, that's a good price...these work well? I was going to run 40mg a day, $4 a day not bad. If the BTG or SPA work much better I would be willing to pay that extra price- I think, how much would 100 caps of these run?

Many guys have gotten good results of the Spanish Generic Anavar including myself although I just used it as a bridge. BTG can be found on the black market ranging from $1.00-$2.00 a tab but this are only 2.5mg so you can obviously see the price difference. I'll try and find some good posts on the Spanish Generic.

Seems to be a exchange of fat for muscle. Can’t beat that.
