If its not the tris then its most likely the delts. If you think about it, the shoulders and tris are first in line in job title for a shove. then pecks. Pecks main design is for closing your arms together like to hug someone, so I doubt the pecks are whats lacking the bench numbers. Leaning weighted dips should help not only the tris but the delts and pecks aswell. Still, getting past a stuck point on a flat bench can be very difficult I know. Some things just work better for others.
