I'm not a protein factory spokesman, but I gotta give props to these guys for a custom mix I had them make for me, tha tI must say is freaking fantastic.
If you need an amazing casein supplement go there and use their custom lab.
The formula is as follows:
60% aussie Caseinate
15% EFA's
10% Creatine
15% L-Glutamine
Splenda Sweetener
Banana flavor
You can take out the creatine and sub in more casein or EFA's if you like. I'm telling you this shit is amazing. It tastes fantastic and it mixes easily in a shaker bottle, which as most of you know is usually a downfall of casein proteins.
