am i on a diet?????

if so what kinda diet do you call this? im jus restricting my calories a lil.

meal one: 1/3 oats 3egg whites 1 whole egg scrambled in olive oil

meal two: 2tbls whole natural peanut butter

meal three: chicken breast or salmon in weat bread with mayo and cheese

meal four: 2tblsp peanut butter


meal five: pre work out shake 20 grams waxy maize 24 grams protien........post work out 24 grams protien 40 grams glucose tabs

meal six: chicken in weat bread with barby que sauce no mayo

been at it a couple weeks this is m-f and sat i load up on carbs, not sure if this is nessesary but if not jus call it a cheat day lol...theres no problem so far i got energy an strength the fats comming off nicely...getting in a water tank tomarow for exact bf% but im at 185lbs right now the leanest ive been in years im use to be floating around 205lbs.....any advice or critisim is welcome im contimplating a keto diet soon...
 
so what you guys think? continue? keto? ckd? modify it a lil????
this pic is a few days old...still got alot of fat on my lower back and stomache...ya i know i could use a some more muscle here i jus wana get lean and then bulk the right way i was always watery n fat....
 
ok im a FAT ASS got in the water tank and my measurment is 18% wow and my scale here at home is way off im 196lbs not 185lbs my weight being up is acyually good news i dont want to cut and end up at 140lbs lol......anyways im totally lost now...not sure id want to do a keto or extreme diet untill i get lower...and i dont want to restrict my calories for an over extended amount of time....ima tweak my diet a lil rick`s helping me on that and ill ad in some cardio....i been running a eca and thats about as much dope as i want to run at this time i think i can get lower before i go to extrems

im not platinum so i cant see the pics very well...but in that first little thumbnail it looks like abs are visible...at 18 percent i wouldnt think youd see them at all...i thought it was always 10 percent and below...

i need to go get my bf now...

ya my uppers are comming in bro, i guess i jus hold my fat a lil diff, its jus evenly layered all over me....ima jus down a shit load of dnp`s (joking) :(
 
"Meal" two and four are not meals. You should at least add a shake to those two.

i think you are missing a lot of protein. any i think mayo is always a poor choice if trying to lose fat.
 
thanks for the input guys...any suggestions other than adding a shake for meal 2 and 4??? im reworking my diet and will post it up in the next few days with numbers so its eaiser to make sense of...i prolly will cut the mayo, my logic in that not so great diet i have up there was hi fat, moderate protien and low carb and overall restricted calories....the fat jus gives me energy and keeps the appetite in check...that 18% really messed me up yesterday lol i feel better today its jus a #...oh well bright side is i think i look pretty ok for a fat guy haha when i get down to 10% watch out lmfao
 
i may add a shake to one of them but not both. how about tuna or something? i dont understand the protein cutting so much. to take some away i understand but that looks crazy to me. i dieted hard and dropped from 19% to sub 10% with cardio, almost no fat, only carbs where from veggies and 300g protein ed. im not saying its the only way. it was for me because of health issues but i would think the high protein is still the foundation for muscle preservation.

ya i been studying up on the ud2.0 and gearing up to it but i figured id wait to get down to 12% or so when it really gets tough to loose the fat, but im starting to think to jus hop on board now...
