AM cardio and burning only fat

Clenviscerate seems to be a way to take clen and avoid the central nervous system side effects. At least according to many people who have tried it. They say they did not experience the sides normally associated with clen yet got amazing fat loss results.
 
it will do both. you cant burn only fat. you can only put the ratio mor in your favor. bcaa's help so does eca. adding a steroid will help a lot more but you will still burn up some muscle and like everything else it is also person dependant so try one way this time and another next time and compare yourself to yourself to find the best method. ricks suggestion sounds good also. ive never done it to say what works better for me.


Will it do both in the AM after having fasted all night just the same? Or in the morning would it be more beneficial to not ingest anything so your body can get right to burning the fat?
 
well im currently on a cutting cycle and i wake up and run 2 miles every morning about 9 am dont eat anything before but as for the night before i eat just like normal imo i think you burn most of your last meal off at night while your sleeping anyway and i think it helps recovery process. and as for pre cardio supplement i take myo shock from gnc which most will tell you is way to pricey but its handy and basically its just a blood vein amplifier and major caffeine boost lol but this is just my opinion im no expert
