Advice On Contest Prep!!!!

guys i got a show in 7 days and i was able to do one dnp cycle a week ago which left me pretty hard and cut. i've lost whatever water weight i gained. however, if i can loose some more water i would be right on for 1st place. i remember when i started sweating on the dnp i was loosing water throughout the night and day like crazy so i looked really ripped. then by day 6 i started to hold water.

what im wondering is if i would be crazy to do a short dnp cycle (3-4days at 400-600mg a day) to dry out some more before the show? i would just do it but part of me is afraid i gain water instead of loosing more. what do you guys think?:confused:
 
hey serge you said just take some mild diurectics. right now im useing 5gms of dandelion, 1gm niacin, and a otc water pill called diurex, daily. im taking in 2gals of water a day. whats your idea of mild diurectic? is this overkill?
 
ok i read the last chapter of body opus. it refers to using various steriods/prescription drugs as diurectics. not an option for me thanks anyway.

anyone know this gelu3000?........openly advertiseing like its no body's business.
 
I wouldn't up the dose. The DNP might cause you to come into the show looking very "flat" instead of having those muscle bellies looking full.
If you don't have access to any diurectics go with the dandelion root, it works pretty well if you need to just drop a little water.
 
hey DOCJ i've been off dnp for 8 days. i didnt want to up the dose only start taking some a few days before the show so i can start sweating like crazy which would really dry me out before the show. doesnt that sound like it makes sence or am i crazy? ohh i bought dandelion capsules 540mg per capsule. im taking 9 caps a day but i dont see shit. started taking them 2 days ago. what am i doing wrong there?
 
cmon andy dont just make a statement like that and not tell me why. everyone is saying i will look flat but i would rather to be a little flat and more ripped than the alternative.
 
Most guys look their best 10 or so days AFTER their DNP cycles. You wouldn't do a keto diet all the way up until you step out on stage, would you? Heck no! You would carb up before the show. You can carb up all you want but if you are on DNP, you won't fill out until most of the DNP has cleared your system.

If you are 7 days out, there is not a whole lot you can do as far as bodycomposition. Now here is where you have to take what you've got and work with it so it makes you look as good as possible. If you don't think you're lean enough, let it be a lesson for the next show.

My advice would be to hit the diuretics. Start a keto NOW and then begin a carb up with mostly liquids two days before the show. Watch you water intake so it doesn't get too high. Have a glass or two of wine before you step out on stage (i'm dead serious) and kick some ass.
