guys i got a show in 7 days and i was able to do one dnp cycle a week ago which left me pretty hard and cut. i've lost whatever water weight i gained. however, if i can loose some more water i would be right on for 1st place. i remember when i started sweating on the dnp i was loosing water throughout the night and day like crazy so i looked really ripped. then by day 6 i started to hold water.
what im wondering is if i would be crazy to do a short dnp cycle (3-4days at 400-600mg a day) to dry out some more before the show? i would just do it but part of me is afraid i gain water instead of loosing more. what do you guys think?
