abdominal fat

ive seen commercials recently that say they block cortisol that is created by sugar and its stored as fat first in your abdominals...i dont know what to think
 
What does your diet consist of? Maybe too many carbs? Maybe too many high glycemic carbs. Try to not only lower your carb intake, but switch to low glycemic carbs. Keep the sodium way low and fat intake low also. Keep the protiens high. For a female 1.5grams per lb of bodyweight is fine. Calories will automatically lower itself if you lower all the other things I said. And drink at least a gallon of water a day. Weight train...but go fucking heavy! It burns more calories and helps build muscle. To hell with cardio! I don't like it! I find no use for it at all!

hey carth - what's your daily diet and training regimine look like?
 
You asked me at another thread what my weekends looked like right? Well here is my weekday.

4:20am Shake (50 protein/50 carbs)
6:30am Shake ( same shit )
9:40am 1cup of brown rice and 1 can of Low sodium Tuna with fat free mayo
12:45pm 1 sweet potato and 1 big ass chicken breast
4:00pm 1 stone ground wheat pita bread and can of low sodium chicken and maybe an apple if I feel like it
6:50pm Protein shake no carbs
8:30pm either SF Jello or a couple of plaintain chips. ( these plaintain chips have almost nothing! No sodium, tiny bit of carbs. remember, I only take about 3-5 chips
10:00pm Casein protein with flax.
 
YOu arent getting any sleep bro! Unless you are waking and crashing again......what shake are you having in your first two meals? Muscle Milk? I need FOOD 1st thing, then maybe a shake.......what time do you train? What are your stats? Also, not to be critical, but you got no veggies in there bro.........where they at??? lol
 
I train at 5am up until 6:20am. All I need is between 5-6 hours of sleep per day and I'll be fine. Shakes are my own formulas from protein factory. Your right, I do not eat veggies. Maybe in a burger or grilled veggies but not on the weekdays. That is why I take a special multi-vitamin mineral supplement for people that don't eat veggies. My stats are right now are 5' 9", 192 lbs at 8% BF. Check out my gallery. That was me a couple of months back at 196lbs at 9.5% BF
