What do you guys do for abs?

Currently I am doing...

Leg lifts 3 x 20-25reps
Crunches 3 x 25reps
Crunch machine 2 x 30reps

what else works well for building my abs? I have seen a lot of people doing cable crunches, is this effective? Thanks!
 
The two best Ab excersises IMO are, Incline Reverse crunches & Ab Rollers. I start out & do the Incline reverse crunches for a set of 30---the last 5 reps are tough one's --so I only do that one set. Then I move and do an easier set of leg-raises. Then I do Two Super-sets of Ab Roller(30 reps) & rope crunches with the stack. Usually since I have preexhausted the Abs with the Ab Rollers, the Rope Pulldowns are usually done for a set of 8-10, which gives it almost the feeling of a heavy set. Thats something that most guys AB routines lack IMO--a heavy set or two. Then, I do 1set of incline sit-ups(partials)for a tough set of 15. I finish off with a light set of 30 on regular crunches. I only train my Abs 1 time per week, as they are usually sore as hell after this workout.
