A very peculiar party...

Tell me what is wrong with this picture.....

Three girls in high school and college. Mom decides to throw them a party. Great.

Picks a Wednesday night during the summer. 7:30 - 10:30 gets changed to 7:15 - 10:15. I'm sure the neighbors liked the choice of a week day. Plus the kids who had to be at work early the next day.

Lots of kids show up. Thats whats kids do. I provided DJ services. My main computer sound card and DVDs have gone missing.....damn.

Here is where it gets strange. Boys dance with boys. Girls dance with girls. Thats it. Boys stay inside the house. Girls stay outside of the house...under the patio. It is raining most of the time.

Four boys charge the dance floor and dance for 5 seconds before withdrawing.

Old man of the house makes a special request for a song 10 minutes after it has played.

Girls make special requests then disappear while it plays.

Mom says my DJ rocked....but stiffs him on the tip. She gets a little upset when I step 3 feet into the house so I can see well enough to write a check to my DJ.

Someone with a Mercedes grabs the spot I need to load equipment....one minute before I need it. They leave shortly.

I get an invitation to eat pizza and burgers.....two hours after they have gone cold.


Just a bit odd in my estimation.


Plus two events on a Wednesday. How many people get married in the middle of the day...on a Wednesday?

I was sicker than hell. Great fun.

It isn't a question of being able to afford the bill. I didn't imagine they dug into the grocery budget to pay for the entertainment.

It's about these kids growing up spoiled and with an overbearing sense of entitlement. Then life hits them in the head and they start voting democrat to pick other peoples pockets when decide we are obligated to become their surrogate parents.

You know Robin Hood stole from the government and gave back to the taxpayers.

You dont rob the poor by taxing everyone less. Especially when the poor don't pay any income tax.

The war is costing us about 100 billion a year, including voluntary Iraqi development projects.

The social entitements promised by your party total over 60 trillion in unfunded mandates. More than double the total national wealth of the nation. You not only redistributed whatever wealth this nation possesses, you promised twice what we have to give if you took everything

Which leaves us with only three excuses
