I am trying to cut up after bulking. I am 182 lbs with a 34.5 inch waist. I am trying to get it down to around 30 by march if this is at all possible. My diet is consisting of the ANPB diet and about 1-2 chicken breasts per day. I am trying for close to no carbs. I am taking about 4 protein shakes a day which is where i get the rest of my protein from. I have never cut before and have been searching the posts here for quite some time and i figured it was finally time to make a post. any help is greatly appreciated. thanks!
