It's all about 2 week cycles.
By now we all know that stuff like 1-AD is the real deal and shuts you down just as much as real stuff.
So why are people doing 6,8, and 12 week cycles of the stuff? By the time you get recovered you are prone to lose all your gains.
We also know that in many cases the gains stop in the 3rd week. So you are just wasting the rest of the cycle and shutting yourself down even harder.
Plus you can do way more work in a year by doing a whole bunch of 2 weekers rather than just one. 2, or 3 long cycles.
Just wanted to share this knowledge. PHs are at a stage where the knowledge of real gear users really carries over.
