did this on fri but forgot to post it. I ruined a perfectly fine bookbag too
..
weighted chin-ups 5x5 with 40lbs added, now I know many of you are thinking why didn't I use a belt, well they didn't have a belt with a chain there so I had to improvise and use a bokbag with 2 20lbs dumbells in it
... But it snapped the buckles and I had to tie a knot so I could get through my workout. Also hint to wiser people use round dumbells the hexagonal ones hav shard corner that did into your back....
Bentover rows with wide overhand grip 205 2x10
Combos deads, start of with 4 sumo and then go right to 4 conventional, no rest between
3 sets 275, 315 and 315
pretty easy just wanted to go light to work on the sumos.
shrugs 295 3 sets for 15 reps nice and easy
every lift went up 10lbs at least, except deads were I went for more reps
