I must have had a Bunny hopping around in mine last night, lol!
That's AWESOME, you increased your weights throughout your whole session!!

My wheels are feeling "ok" ... not like i didn't work them for sure... If I get DOMS tomorrow or the next day, my new fix for that is to do one set of light to moderate weight of some compound movement for the big group to get blood in the area so it heals the muscle faster

My chest isn't doing too bad at all from monday surprizingly... prolly cuz i didn't do all that I would have been able to had I gone to the gym instead of lifting in my basement.
