7 Weeks to a Shredded ME!...

Update:

I'm officially classifing myself as boarderline retarded.

I've seem to been underdosing my Clen by using the wrong units of measurement.... my syring has ml and cc.

I'm using a permanant marker and blacking out that damned side so I don't have to think in the wee hours of the morning when I administer my dose.

Eh, either way I still feel it and don't want to take too much of this stuff so maybe it's a good thing. I'm up to ~ 50mcg

Leaving in t-minus 6 days.

Had a pretty sick trap and delt workout...

But I always get over zealous with traps and back... so I'm going to chill with that because my delts and chest really are the parts I need to be focusing on.

EDIT: Something is screwy with my syringe. I'm going to see if I can't find a new one. Cuz the one i'm using is old and the marks are getting worn on it anyway.
 
Clen: 60 mcg this morning.

Just got back from kickin' some ass in the gym.

Nailed legs again. Bis and tris got attacked as well...

my arms don't fit into shirts anymore!!! WTF, they get worked on compund movements a shitload for me at least... I think i'm going to stick with "shaping" bis by themselves instead of going for sheer mass when I work them... eh, we'll c what happens when I do progress shots.

Lifting tonight:

Barbell Military press: 5-6 sets

Upright Rows: 2-3 sets

Power Cleans: 3 sets

And anything else I come up with for using an olympic bar at home with.

No time for the gym... working like an irish potato farmer, minus the famine. And tons of course work to complete and turn in TOMORROW, AHHHHHH!!!!!

Clen: dropped to 50 mcg today cuz I had 2 presentations to do. (didn't want to be jittery during that... would have SUCKED)

tomorrow shooting up to 70 mcg again.

Then off... and taking taurine and potassium with me on my hiatus to keep those going while i'm away for my liver and water balance.

Tonight: Scattered lifts in my basement...

flat barbell bench 3 sets.

Power Clean to front Squat (those are FUN!) :chomp:

Hammer curls

Tomorrow tons of shit to do before I leave (thurs. a.m.)... prolly be on here to check but deff. no gym again, no time.... possibly bust out some deadlifts here with all the weight I can find in my basement only 300 lb. OLY bar set up, i can do high rep sets for a change of pace.

I wish I had an area where I could setup a home gym. All i'd need is a nice power rack with the cables and attachmens, 500 lbs of weights, an adjustable bench, some of those adjustable dumbells. I think about 2 years worth of gym membership fees would cover it...
 
Speaking of adjustable dumbells... some fuck nut just broke one of my dropping it on the floor!!! Going to "exchange" it at a near by sports store for a new one when I get a chance.... Select Tech dumbells are pretty sweet IMHO.... i like 'em!

Yeah 500 lbs would be nice... i need some more 45's :)

I didn't want to start doing insaine cardio and loosing Muscle weight... so taking it slow manipulating the diet and training my ass off, remember?!

Well I'm out of the country tomorrow morning... when I return back on track and dieting hard to get rid of some more fatty cells by summer (my ultimate goal). I'm pretty happy right now... way better than I looked in december! So it's moving along.
 
Amazing is a single word to describe my overall hiatus.

I trained heavy for 4 days while away... first 3 days did a.m. cardio and then a bunch of "misc" machine work (all that was available) then the following days I had access to freeweights (dumbells...no barbells), and that's where my heavier days came into play.

Exhausted right now, jet lag. Passing out after traveling all day... I have alot of reading to do on here to catch up this coming week.

It's great to be back and get a true full night sleep in my own bed (I HATE going away, cuz my back gets tweaked out of place on other beds!)... chiro appt. monday prescheduled, lol.

You don't have to say welcome back and all that... just letting those that care that I'm back in action and i'll be watching ;)

Out looking for a new gym today... membership expired at previous facility.

A few days left of my gym break... this sucks, but I know it's good for me and my rotator cuff that had a slight injury.
 
look for a gym that has an entrance in a back alley and looks like a warehouse

One with loud music going on, and some ghetto looking equipment (but in good shape). make sure there are more than enough benches, racks, and essential machines (peck deck, leg extensions, ham curls, adjustable cables with a wide variety of handle attachments, etc.)

it's whats inside that counts as I'm sure you are fully aware of.

I swear they always have the tight female gym rats there when i'm looking at new gyms... damn it!

Decision time by this weekend... cuz i can't stand not working out anymroe (yes there's a double negative, eat it).

I'll preface the attachement with this...

It's been about 1.5 weeks since lifting consistantly. Diet went to crap for the most part on vacation as well (alcohol, island drinks, very inconsistant meals, all that fun stuff). I'm @ 191 lbs as of a few mornings ago. Not keeping track of bf % because I have no way to easily (and accuratly) right now at least (nor does it matter to me... I just want to see ab veins for the first time!!)

Not bad considering i'm kinda bloated and am cold... just flexing abs and quads.

Here it is March 7th 2006 update photo... Not bad considering the recent hiatus and all.

Plats can view my gallery and compare if you like... mostly for my own tracking, i'm not looking for opinions... I know what I need to do :chomp:

I suggest that to help keep your muscles on you, you should probably use a mega-dose of BCAA (there is one which is relatively cheap, called BCAA +G something like this). Also, keep a decent protein intake. I have a few articles including a copy of Tom Venutto's book on dieting. PM me if you need any assistance :P

BTW: Good luck dude! Also, I am no diet guru, only have some resources that might be of interest.

Thanks! Yes I know I "needed" a break physically... but mentally, I HATE IT... if I was juicing and had a sweet recovery rate... i'd prolly lift 3 times a day. I love it :evil:

Sarge, your wheels look good. You already know what you need to do, yes, but I think you'll have great success in the calf growth area.

As long as you work your legs, and they obviously aren't stringy, I think you're all good. They are proportional to your body & will look great in a pair of jeans.

about 600mg deca /week for 3 weeks then stop cold turkey and no PCT.. you'll be good to go for a while once you meet a chick start your PCT
 
your other option is to invest in a nice lub and some towels for cleanup..
maybe go to the newstand and grab a Club International or Cherry or something..

Just buy it.. It is well worth it to own. Animal gave me a smaple DVD of this new guy that they are sponsering. He is prob one of my favorites now and I dotn even know his name. But pumping Iron is a classic that any guy in training should own. Your rich Sarge...just buy it! ;)

I tore my chest UP... felt unbeliveable, I missed that pump... felt like i was cumming... whenever I get a pump I'm coming, on stage, posing in my room, i'm cumming everwhere. (Ahnold... sound it out)

6 sets of flat bench tonight.
- 1 warm up, 3 sets of progressive overloading, and 2 final of reping out drop set for burnage.
3 sets of dumbell work... 2 of which were flys.

Had a pre w/o shake and post... I'll down some egg white before I start my slumber shortly.

Back on the Clen train too since I've veered off from "maintenence" back to truely cutting and starting to drop weight as of today... see where I am in a few weeks!!

Standing calve raises : 3 sets (increased weight)
Smith Squat: 3 sets (135, 225, 315... that last set was for you Buns, I repped it out... no idea how!!... rep range was 8, 6, 4 respectivly)
Front Squat ("free" aka non-smith/normal): started with 95, 135, then 185 and wanted to fall over)... sat my ass down for awhile, lol.
Standing Calve Raises AGAIN: drop sets... 3 of 'em.

It was amazing. I hadn't been that passionate about legs in a long time.

My wheels are feeling "ok" ... not like i didn't work them for sure... If I get DOMS tomorrow or the next day, my new fix for that is to do one set of light to moderate weight of some compound movement for the big group to get blood in the area so it heals the muscle faster :D .

My chest isn't doing too bad at all from monday surprizingly... prolly cuz i didn't do all that I would have been able to had I gone to the gym instead of lifting in my basement.

Dear god, for just joining this thread the other day to talk about some AF products, I didnt see myself sitting here and reading 35mins of posts...But I just read every single one...Dear god, I havent done this much reading since....Well never, books on tape rock! haha.

Anyways, very nice work...

Im working towards dropping 20-25lbs myself...Just your average 21 year old, DJ and Youngest player to make back to back final tables at teh World Series of poker, who used to play every sport in the world, but then stopped and did nothing for 2 years and is now out of shape lol

This is a nice log to keep the motivation up :-)

Trained Delts, traps, (2 sets of deads at the end... finishing my back tomorrow with rows, ect.)

Tomorrow, Bis, Tris, and Rowage... maybe some Cleans in the begining if I feel ambitious and some punks aren't using all the OLY bars for fucking curls... with 10's on them, so ghey.

Finished it off with 30 mins of cardio.

About to pass out... going to pound some liquid egg whites and a some ANPB.

Sittin' around 191.5 lbs... from all the BF% tests posted around here and some research on my part... I think I'm at around 11-12% right now. Damn good from where I was before!

Hey now I used an oly bar with 10s on it today
yeah I was doing a dropset with 4 10s on each side to start but still . . .
Last time I tried that with an ez-curl bar some of the 10s fell off.. it wasn't pretty

hehe.. that's what the clamps are for bro, so weights don't fall off when doing an exercise like that!

No, i don't use clamps for deads, squats, ect... unless i'm going heavy and the bar bends, in which case I need them so weights don't slide off mid-motion :p
