Hey, i was just thinking... isn't it interesting how I went from a total dirty bulk with just a mass building training regimine to a cutting diet with much more frequent workouts and I've put on more LBM on the cutting diet with hardcore training than my sloppy bulk?
Well, you tell me ... isn't it interesting that the same exact thing has happened to me, and is what I've been posting about over the last few months? lol THINK ABOUT IT ... You literally just rephrased what I've said ...
I belive in a few different schools of thought when it comes to training theory but bombarding my body has really put on the shock treatment I needed.
AGAIN ... there it is ...
And I wonder how much I'll be able to put on when I'm really eating for more size with red meats, ect in my diet...
