7 Days to Ultimate Leaness...Questions??

I posted these questions under a different post, but haven't got any responses from sc or other bros who have done this program. If anyone can help I would truely appreciate.

SC,
I'm going to give it a shot brother. Have some questions that I would love for you to answer if you get a chance.

On the first few days, should I just eat protein in every meal other than the few you specify carbs? If so, any specific kinds or are all protein powders and lean meats ok?

Can I use Dextrose + Isolate for my Post workout MRP??

How much diuretic should I use? How much b-5 and dandallion root?

How do you think my skin tone will look for the photo shoot? Should this make my skin appear better or worst?

VS and R-ALA should be taken with all meals containing carbs correct?

On the day before the shoot I'm suppose to continue eating protein and carbs correct?

During carb loading days are sweet potatoes the only option?? I would have to consume roughly 3 sweet potatoes a meal to reach 600 grams of carbs/day during this phase..this seems difficult.

How do I slowly start incorporating water/salt/food back into my diet without getting sick or experiencing serious bloat.

I know this is a lot of questions bros, but just some things I couldnt quite figure out from reading the article alone. I understand if you cant answer them all.. As always, thank you for your help.

No other bros out there that have tried this??....ZKAudio what about you friends that you've referred this diet too...what have their results/opinions been??

Can't answer most of your questions but I'm currently on doing this as well (shoot on Saturday). I ate all sweet potatoes yesterday and by the end of day I was ready to puke orange. Today I switched to brown rice and oatmeal. I think the idea is just to get low glycemic carbs in.

most of the guys I've put it up to have been in bands or doing fashion modeling... they never do a carb up and they time the water depletion for the day of the shoot (because they wanna look as small as possible... just don't ask lol). If muscles are at all involved in what you are doing, you don't want to get flat so I'd stick to the parameters stated above. As for the low gi carbup, sweet potatoes are cool but I also prefer oatmeal. It's easy to splenda it up to deliciousity. But then again, cinnamon and splenda baked in with a sweet potato makes it yumm too.

ZK,
I'm doing fashion modeling, but am going to be doing some bathingsuit/beach pictures as well, so am planning on doing the carb up phase. Was probably going to keep the carbs to about 400 (currently 185 pounds, 6'4"). What do you think abou this and do your friends water deplete the full 4 days or just a couple. What have they said about their skin tone when the do this?

Thanks brother

Also ZK, this is very important...

Please tell me how to safely introduce myself to water/food/sodium when I am finish with the shoot. Thanks again.
