Ok, had enough of not seeing my abes. I cut my test out, and upped my tren. Weighed 223 today, mid-carbup. (doing a high cal CKD to bulk). My chest, delt and tricep strength was unbelievable. Especially my triceps. I couldn't believe they were still able to handle my finishing triset (got more reps that I expected on each lift) after doing only presses for chest and delts prior to hitting tri's. My bicep workout sucked however. I had to use a lighter weight on barbell curls than usual, and only got 4 reps on my first set. On every set after that, I got a painful pump in my bi's and had to terminate the set early, due to being unable to contract them for more than 4 or 5 reps.
