So,how's it going? Just got back from vacation. I did really well!!!! Ate very good and worked out!!! The best part was that the gym fee included access to the spa!! It was wonderful.


So, who's still with me?
 
Sounds like you had a great vacation! I'm still with you. I just changed to a new 5x5 workout this week and so far I love it.
 
Still in, 220. I switched to a moderate CHO/r-ala diet, will stick to it for a bit until I get stuck again.
 
225 now, going to drop my test next week an up my tren. Looking a little too puffy. Strength is slowly going up still.
 
I am still in, though only week 1 for me. Only change is clothes are tiny bit looser. I attribute this to H2O loss. Good sign as I tend to hold fluid like no tomorrow. Will not start training again until after next week as I did not get released from dr. care yet.
 
Ok, had enough of not seeing my abes. I cut my test out, and upped my tren. Weighed 223 today, mid-carbup. (doing a high cal CKD to bulk). My chest, delt and tricep strength was unbelievable. Especially my triceps. I couldn't believe they were still able to handle my finishing triset (got more reps that I expected on each lift) after doing only presses for chest and delts prior to hitting tri's. My bicep workout sucked however. I had to use a lighter weight on barbell curls than usual, and only got 4 reps on my first set. On every set after that, I got a painful pump in my bi's and had to terminate the set early, due to being unable to contract them for more than 4 or 5 reps.
