6% BF without Cardio?

Unless the original poster is a competing heavyweight (which by reading his thread I doubt he is), comparisons of 240lbs with 6%BF are pointless.

but the point is still valid. you look fantastic in your avi but you couldnt step on stage and compete as a bber like that. there is a difference and body type/genetics has alot more to do with it than doing/not doing cardio.

much of this depends on genetics....but hgh allows you to keep your body fat much lower with much less cardio thus allowing you to train weight harder

there are so many damn options before resigning to HGH ... the answer shouldnt always be to take a drug... hwo about doing cardio in the morning ? and lifting in the pm ? wont take your nutrients away if your diet is on key ..

amazes me how some people are willing to spend thousands of $$$ and growing excess bone rather than making the sacrifice of waking up 45 mins earlier..

bro the point was that when you reach a certain weight and this depends on each individual person you just cant not be doing cardio to cut up some bf because of eating the necessary food to maintain all your muscle mass maybe you havent reached it just yet thats all im saying

the 240 lbs were ust to make my point ... i couldve used 135 lbs 6 % bf and 200 lbs 6 %bf doesnt matter just an example

im not trying to sound like a jerkoff, i know you did not say you would compete. i think that was the jist of the thread though. in my opinion, your look is the ideal, but for 80% of the population, getting to you is cardio. for me, getting to 8% was starvation and double sessions of cardio. i could cut/limit calories all i want, the fat wouldnt move.

I remember reading one of AAP's posts whereby he states his weight of ~240lbs and is able to stay quite lean simply by closely monitoring his diet and of course incorporating hardcore workouts. Whether or not he could reach 6% is hard to say...

No worries. Questions for you though...How much do you weigh and how many calories were you takin in when you trying to lean up?

now 5'5" 205, bf around 11.

when i got down i was 175 to 180, calories were around 1500 a day with a big refeed on sundays. i did this 4 times over the course of 4 years. since ive preferred being closer to 10% and 190. right now im on and am carrying water weight and bloat. this is my last cycle. im done and am going natural. looking forward to it.
