Actually gents now that I put thought to this is there any guidance or siggestions on your behalves you can provide early in my years of lifting all I did was triceps all I wanted was triceps and all Iver combined was triceps excercises into my workouts


Chest / Tris

Back / Tris

Shoulder / Tris.......you see where IU a going with this I mean I have a mean tri but weak bis any-hoo!!

I do quality workouts when it comes to Bis and that is why I tax them hard.....
 
If you do too much volume, you will overtrain your bis.. they are a very small muscle group...
I have the same problem as you... my tris are pretty big but i have dinky ass biceps... I try to never do more than 8 sets of biceps... My arms have been growing pretty steadily this year too...
