Training History. Seasoned Trainer - Clean ie Food & Sups.
Cycle History. One 10 wks. Sust/Deca 1ml/0.5ml every 4Days. Dbol 30mg ED.
Results were great. Strength and Mass gains were better than I expected. Added 50kg to my BenchPress.
Increased my Bodyweight by 15kg (inc The obvious & expected water retention, but stripped that back to lean muscle post cycle). Happy 1st experience.
This leads me to now.....
2nd Cycle....
I received some advice from "Supplier" as I made good gains last time I should front load this cycle with the same, Given the guys experience & the shape he is in, I took his advice & so for 28 days I've been doing:
Sust/Deca 1ml/0.5ml every 4Days. Dbol 30mg ED.
(As the above was a freebie!.... Seemed a no brainer)
To be fair to my guy, the results have been great i'm 3 weeks in and i'm at 91kg, Abs are almost gone which I expected, Strength gains are coming on nicely and I'm happy with my weight gain ie it's in all the right areas - Back/Chest/Shoulders/Arms. (Not Belly & Arse!)
Just to add here, i'm consuming close to a relatively clean 5000Kcals a day.
So...... Now I have my stack and a new set of recommendations from "My Guy" i'm doubting his advice due to the conflicting statements i've been reading while doing my own research.
I have
20ml Sust 250.
20ml Test E.
10ml Test C.
and x100 50mg Rohm OXY. (I also have dbol left over but not sure on the safety of combining with my OXY)
The plan was to pin once a week with 2ml/2ml/1ml & 2 50mg OXY a day. Lasting 10 more weeks.
I'd like to bring this to the experience of the Forum and ask for advice on How to best use my Sust, Test E & C, & Oxys, & Dbol to best effect.
I don't want to not use anything if i can help it
('Im happy to drop the Dbol if I need too)
