29yo 6'4 310lbs Need Tips

even if it is water, 14lbs in 6 days sounds crazy. just be careful, losing alot of weight really fast is not always a good thing. The weight tends to come back, and the weight lost usually includes alot of muscle.

^^ careful... give the skin time to adjust too. You don't want to weight 80lbs lighter and be embarased to take off your shirt because of excess skin.
- This may be a reason to focus on lifting heavy weights and building up a thick base of muscle underneath there.

Thanks Sgt! When Doing My Sets Do I Go From Light To Heavy Or Heavy To Light. Example

225x8
250x6
275 4
Or
150x15
225x30
250x45

I Am Saying In General...whats The Better Way Low Weight High Reps And Move Up On The Next Set Less Reps Or Opposite?

^^ I honestly think this depends on YOUR goals & is completely subjective. If that is a suggestion by Mr. X I'm sure there is a reason behind it.

^^ very true.

At 310lbs ( I know you're not anymore though) You have ALOT of skin... and a suggestion to avoid maxmium excess skin hanging would be to build up alot of muscle under there using heavy weight low reps to fill out your frame.

more muscle = faster metabolism = burn more calories at rest = less cardio needed with proper diet.

Just a suggestion.

Could be - losing water, getting the body in balance by eating clean, adding some exercise. Some are right on the edge of 'unhealthy weight' and changing/cleaning up stuff tips them over.

HOWEVER, with losing at that rate be VERY careful that you don't drop into starvation mode. If you: start losing energy, can't lift as much as you used to, body temperature starts to drop, then up your clean calories. No good in the long run to 'yo-yo' by taking off all your metabolic muscle - makes it harder to KEEP it off!
