K so Im on a 28 day cut to get rid of abdominal fat to get my abs to show without me flexing and when I flex, my top 4 abs show but them my lower stomach bulges, specifically belly button region all around, so my plan is 2000 calories a day, 200g protein, 200g carbs, and 40g fat..
K so day 1 of this new thing I'm starting.. Woke up took 3 fish oil caps, 2 multi vitamins, 2oxyelite and 2alpha t2.. Breakfast was 4 scrambled eggs with 2 toast & protein shake that was 2 and 1/2 scoops.. Went to the gym about an hour later, did 20minutes of running of 6.5 for speed, I'm guessing that's mph... Said I burned about 230 calories.. After that did hanging leg raises, decline sit ups, and ab machine at 165.. Leg raises 3 sets till failure, ab machine 3 sets till failure, and decline situps I only did 2 sets of 10... Then continued with my regular shoulders/triceps/traps workout.. I just got home, had 2 and 1/2 scoops protein again, and gonna have a shower and make some brown rice to up my carb count for the day.. So far I'm at 151 protein, 23 fat, and 49 carbs.. I need to up the carbs so I'm gonna make brown rice.. But first shower.. Next time I'm gonna run will be sautrday and I plan for 25min at 6.5 again
