If you are going to do 250mg/week you should just forget the test and stick to creatine and protein. That is not a huge bump in test and you may not see anything at all from that. Very few will have great gains from that.
I know some will chime in a say they gained 25lbs of lean muscle from sustanon 250mg/week for 8 weeks. I don't buy it and I find that humorous. Don't believe all the hype. If you gain 20lbs of actual muscle and not water or fat from any 12 week cycle consider yourself gifted. The body simply doesn't add muscle that fast, but it will fat and water. You could be a gear freak, but don't count on that.
If you cross the line and join the dark side, then do it right. Most will recommend 400mg/week as a base and have the anti-e's on hand.
