id be interested to see you're results from just 250 a week, my first test cycle had 500 mg a week. Im in week 5 and im up 25 lbs but im retaining a lot of water.
IMO 200 to 250 test a week is a good first cycle.This is MUCH more than you produce naturally and you definitely notice the shortened recovery time.Also do be sure to have anti-e on hand as everyone is different and on 200 a week I start getting gyno symptoms.
