I am looking for any suggestions on a diet i have currently been eating 4 egg whites and one slice of whole grain toast dry. meal 2) 50 grams of whey protein and water. meal 3) 1 to 2 cans of tuna and salad with balsamic vinager. meal 4) 6 oz low carb yogurt and 50 grms of whey. meal 5) 8 oz of beef chix or fish and veggies and one piece of fruit with aminos before bed.. if anyone can help me out i am trying to drop at least 40 to 45lbs by summer
