210lbs to 170lbs in 5 months...possible?

i was curious if, with a strict diet and good cardio/workout program, can a person go from 210lbs at 25%bf to 170-180lbs at 10%bf in five months?
 
yes dropping 15% of your bodyfat ..or 30lbs is goal someone can attain.

a loss of 6lbs a month for 5 months or 1.5lbs of fat a week
i suspect you will see rapid weightloss the first few weeks.
then be holding for a few months then lose the rest month 4-5

strict diet means no sodas.no cake ,no candy,no chips any of that garbage.

lots of chicken,eggwhites,lean beef, cottage cheese,veggies and fruits,

You just need to accept it for what it is.
A lifestyle change. Not a yo yo diet or loosing then getting fat agian.
Just change the foods you eat and you will loose it and keep it off.
 
Its definately attainable man.....After my quad accident i was 230 at 28% BF, ive been following a strict 6 day a week diet and on sundays allowing myself one cheat meal as long as its under 650 cals and running 3-4 miles three times a week followed by heavy core work and doing opposing compound lifts 2x a week...taking off sat and sunday and in 2 months ive dropped down to 198 at 17%bf. I was just tired of being fat and dont really mind losing muscle mass, if you are trying to keep what youve gained then i would suggest starting light and see how your body reacts.
 
just stop eating!! you won't believe how fast the weight comes off ;)

have you been training and/or dieting at all to get to the weight you're at presently?

if not then the shock to the system will definitly be enough for you to reach your goal!!!

it's easy!!!!
Change everything :)
