then be holding for a few months then lose the rest month 4-5
strict diet means no sodas.no cake ,no candy,no chips any of that garbage.

You just need to accept it for what it is.
A lifestyle change. Not a yo yo diet or loosing then getting fat agian.
Just change the foods you eat and you will loose it and keep it off.
