Hey Zander! No...Havent been doing any squats. I stopped training legs seperately for now, cuz it takes away greatly from my deadlift strength. So the only leg training Im getting is from deadlift variations. Though I dont feel these in my legs much at all.
have you done any speed box squats? those are done with moderate weight and you work on speed. also...you get to have the feelin of pukin on some of those...especially your first!!! LOL. tb

they are done with 60% of your 1RM(much like speed bench except the precentage). of course, you warm-up to that weight and do your 10x3(30 second rest) with 60% of 1RM...sound punishing to you?? tb

no..it doesn't have to. you can follow it up with something else. usually when i do those i do speed deadlifts for 7 singles(7x1). and if you do both speed squats and speed deadlifts in the same workout, i think you'll have enough energy for another exercise and some abs..LOL. if you want to know how do to these, visit this site here: http://www.growordie.com
lots of vids on speed squats and speed deadlifts. tb
