@Noah Wixx big lifting finally you HARD again
It was just a matter of time brother, I just had to foucs my mind and connect myself back with my training and learn to have fun again, it all is coming together.
 
pretty soon you will be outlifting mobster easy
Sometimes in my dreams but that is the only place that is possible for it to happen 😁😂
 
seems like your strength is really coming in its own
The interesting thing is I never trained for strength, I was always high volume push the pump, I'm telling you Steve, ever since I started running para pharma gear, wether I want it to or not, my strength just explodes at some point during my cycles, I can't explain it, I am confident you probably could explain why, for me I am just enjoying the journey, it's very addictive and makes me want to push every week to see if I can add more weight with certain lifts.

This was another excellent workout I improved on some of my lifts again, it's amazing the progress was slow at first, now it's improving at a more rapid rate.

Few weeks ago I was stuck on 10lbs & 15lbs for side cable raise, now I can hit 20lbs for 12 reps and 25lbs for 10 reps.

Pec deck machine pervious best was 225lbs I can now hit 245lbs for 8 reps.

Dumbbell Pull-Over has increased in weight. 45s and 50s

As well as my Dumbbell Side Raise
i can now hit 40lb dumbbells for 6 reps.

Ive also maxed out the dumbbells at my gym for pressing movements for chest only.

I am also able to hit higher reps at a heavier weight for some dumbbell movement's with chest.

The synergy is coming together, I have been experiencing it and feeling it when inside the gym with my workouts.

Sunday which is today will be legs Abs & Cardio

I like my primo around 600 mgs a week but haven’t tried lower to see if there’s a difference for me. I know I battle acne on primo. That’s the only injectable to give me terrible acne.
