Machine incline press - worked to 335 for a set of 6


Cardio.....HIIT.....200 cals in 12 minutes

Good stuff! You have to watch to get the natural plain ones and not the "smokehouse" ones that are all buried in salt. Blech.
 
All this talk of almonds...... I think I'll buy some whole ones at TJ's tonite -- I only have sliced ones.... need to force the hubby to start eating them....

Each workout, Im getting stronger even on reduced cals.....


Im going to bump up carbs just a touch and let my body normalize again.

My bf is still just below 9

Well....I havet been posting the log as nothing has changed in terms of diet or supps

weight last night was 213 bf is the same 8.8%

Strength is just crazy...hit a PR EVERY session


Im going to maintain current activity level etc and see where I level
 
Same basic diet...added some comllex carbs in for a carb load since monday night

weight last night - 217(lol)

bf - 9.0%

Delts:

Side laterals - 2 sets of 30 for 12

Seated MAchine Press - stack for 4 sets of 10-12

Calf machine shrugs - 3 sets of 210

update....

my diet has been really terrible...work has been crazy......major stress coupled with poor/inadequate eating has left me down 8 pounds in 10 days...

211 at 9ish


...of that 8 pounds....4 was LBM which Im none too happy about....but it just proves that I need to have a better plan of attack
