still same basic diet./..have added the folllowing:

AM & POST WORKOUT SHAKES

500 mg Vit.C
500 mg Dandelion
1000 mg Taurine
4 gr creatine
1.5 g HMB
5 grams Glut powder

weight - 210.5

ok - my CHEAT this weekend consisited of:


1 - two pieces of Tiramisu

2 - Three glasses of wine

3 - ASeeet potato wuth brown sugar

4 - two slices of cinampn toast with sugar



....thats it.............


weight - 212.....Im now ABOVE where I started due to :
