A new thing I tried in my leg workout yesterday is leg press drop sets. Not just 1 or 2 but 10. I was using 900 lbs so there was ten 45's on each side. I did ten reps at 900 then, without locking out, had two friends each remove one plate on each side, then I went to failure. They removed another plate and I went to failure again. We continued this until it was just the sled. This is a close second to the 20 rep squats if done right.
