if you knew anything about public safety you would know that first line of defense is the local government but new orleans didnt have a plan in place even though they knew for years the levy had the potential to be compromised. Instead Mayor Shitbag wanted to blame the feds for not coming to the rescue when it was he who dropped the ball. I think I remember a huge snowstorm in Colorado right after Katrina where nobody had to be rescued, nobody needed debit cards, nobody reaped, nobody robbed and nobody murdered. hey well we are all making some points here. one problem we are getting very sidetracked.
to my man heading into the hooschow. been there and it sucked. def try to get a routine now that doesnt include weights. the fed gov. doesnt want us cons getting all jacked up and beating up the guards anymore. castration is next, but that is going on, on the outside as we speak. pct a few weeks b4 you are going in. and try not to eat like a pig on the junk that is avail in there. it is easy to get caught up in that routine.....the junk food is a piece of the outside that allows you to escape for a sec. lastly get a job in the kitchen for good time and extra eats!!!

well fuck best thing for him to do is pct right now.some good pct to.get all his levels back to normal is #1 key for him right now.then make plans for food well he is in.state ant that bad they do feed you good there and they have good gym's to.but you need to get canteen money for the extra protein you will need to gain and keep size....all the foods on the cateen list that are high in ptotein are high in fat though except the tuna and halabit thats about it.you got two choses well in jail bro.ether you are pretty broke so you have to cut and lose muscle and fat or you got the money for canteen and you are going to go on a long bulker.....the foods make it limited to just these two choseskrishna said:

unemployment is going down. the nurder rate is going down, taxes are not going up. There is health care in every city you go to. You can walk into any ER and they have to see you and address your concerns. Insurance or not. true we are not a perfect society but we are a great society where we can have boards like this and have many other freedoms that other countrie dont have. try living in ireland or a socialist country and we can talk about taxes.jochensa said:
