2:30pm and I have already eaten 7 chicken breasts today

Training hams/biceps at 5-6
Protein shake + carbs/supps 615
16 oz prime rib (probably 11-12 oz after fat is cut off) at 730PM
Fucking (I hope) 830-10PM
Protein + supps + fats at 11PM

god.. 3 more days of this before I get 2 days off to relax and cheat.
 
What a coincidence, stilleto has already eaten 7 whole chickens today.

Last week they were all grilled. This week, I pan seared them with rosemary and a small amount of garlic.

definitely possible, I have a friend who eats constantly to keep his size, even while driving, pretty messed up but he is a natural ectomorph so to carry 250 at 5'8" he has to eat alot.
