This my first cycle.. I know i shouldnt have done TREN but I listened to a friend and then started doing research.. So Im sticking to the plan.. please dont bash me..
Running BD Tri-Trenabol 150 and TEST -PROP 100.
75mg TREN and 100mg PROP EOD. tren 6-8 weeks prop 12 weeks
Im also taking .5 caber e4d.
250iu hcg 2x a week ( for about a month and then ill take a 2-3 week break before starting back up)
.25 adex eod
1000mg B12 1x a week
500mg B6 ed
N2guard ed
1000mg vitamin C ed
2 multi Vitamin ed
N2slin
Been having some sides, short temper, bad attitude, night sweats, insomnia.. nothing I cant handle.. besides that I feel Great!
PCT.... 500iu HCG 2x a week starting a month before pct starts and ending a week before pct. (PF) PCT and Unleashed. adex and forma and T3pct..... also have clomids on hand
sorry for not being very specific on pct dosages.

my diet.. im trying to gain as much muscle as possible over next 6-8 weeks then start super clean low carbs diet to cut.
#1.... 50gram protein shake or 6 egg whites w a few gulps of the shake and instant oatmeal 9g sugar
#2... 3 pieces of grilled chicken and some veggies.. 2-3 hard boiled eggs( no yoke )
#3....50 gram protein shake and some fruit orange or banana
#4..... before gym 1/2 of a turkey or chicken sandwich on ww
#5.... after gym 50 gram protein shake
#6..... 2-3 pieces grilled chicken 2-3 hard boiled eggs ( no yoke )
